子供の頃、マジンガーZのホバーパイルダーからポピーに夢中になったのですが
同ラインにSW物があったのは驚きです。
蛇腹式のカタログが当時入っていたと思いますがその中にはSWはなかったような気が。
全くの別ラインで独立した形だったのか、地元デパートに単に入荷されなかったのか…？
う～ん？？？

ちょっと記憶に薄いですが，このフィギュアの箱に小さい紙で，ヒーローシリーズの
ラインナップの紹介が入ってたような気がします

I think Japanese kids were really into "hero" series like Ultraman and Kamen Rider, and there weren't that many who liked Star Wars. In fact, when I was a kid I didn't have a single friend who was interested in Star Wars. Back then the big thing in boys toys was Chougoukin (die-cast metal toys), so the Popy "World Hero Series" of Star Wars was not all that popular. With that in mind I would say that production numbers were not all that big either.

When I was a kid, I was really into Popy's Mazinger Z series and was surprised that there were Star Wars in the same line. I have a feeling that the Star Wars toys weren't even in the Popy catalog at the time. Whether they were sold as a completely independant line, or shipped by a separate department within Popy I couldn't say.

当時はおもちゃ=「子供の為の物」でしたが、
時代が変わり、現代では大人がおもちゃを買って楽しむ時代になりました。
特にスターウォーズのおもちゃを買っているのが大半大人ですからね。 
日本のスターウォーズの限定物をイベントで販売する時は、いつも長蛇の列ですよ。
ＣＪは凄く盛り上がると思いますし、盛り上げたいと皆様意気込んでいますので
是非、海外から参加して欲しいです。

At that time toys equaled "things for kids," but times have changed and these days adults are buying and enjoying toys. In particular, the greater part of those people buying Star Wars toys are adults.  Whenever a Star Wars exclusive goes on sale at an event here in Japan, there is always a long line. I personally think that CJ is going to be huge. A lot of people feel the same way and would really like to see people from overseas coming to participate as well.
